Welcome to our team.  We are dedicated to ensuring the natural resources of shellfish are available and protected for all persons to enjoy.  We do this by:

• Helping all to understand the rules and regulations involved with shellfishing
• Treating each other and the people we serve with respect
• Encouraging active engagement in shellfishing by all
• Enforcing Town and State regulations designed to protect the shellfish resource
• Developing and implementing sustainable management plans
• Actively engaging in community aquaculture to propagate shellfish for public stock enhancement
• Balancing the various interests in Wellfleet Harbor to maximize the value of this remarkable resource
